Wipers not working golf

Need help my front wipers have stopped working on my 1.1! fuse is fine, rear wiper works fine, both front and rear washer jets work, i.ve. Today I check all my fuse diagrams and the wiper fuse is F19 (30A) tech friend last night asking if he had any info on Golf mk6 fuse/relay info. This morning I started up as normal but have no working wipers, washers. Did I also mention that the electric windows are not working too.

Hey guys. I am in need of some help. I bought a 95 Golf today (13th VW total), and the wipers don.t work! I have not had the opportunity to check. Has anyone else had issues with their wipers my driver side wiper get on to their dealers as soon as possible otherwise VW will not produce a solution.
